Who We Are

I am Karen Adams and I am a Cambridgeshire based coach.

I spent over 20 years working for some really nice companies with some really great people, but I couldn’t

help feeling they were surprisingly stressed out and not always growing the way they needed to.

I’ve always been a fan of learning, so I’ve been educating myself on the side for years. It struck me that most

of the books and strategies, in marketing, lean manufacturing, health and safety and others, were all saying the

same things.

I have always enjoyed helping people (and managers) see how capable they really are. I’ve also been able to

support companies I’ve worked with but in the past I was very limited by my role. Until recently, I had not

realised how much more I could help if I committed to working as a coach.
